Prescription/Prescriber Info 

  • Ordering a prescription can be done either from 'Main Menu' or from  'Patient Inquiry'
  • New Script from 'Patient Inquiry' will have Patient Demographics filled-in
  • New Script from Main Menu will require all appropriate Patient Demographics entered
  • After Patient Demographics are reviewed go to Step 2 and enter partial  'Drug Name' and press 'Lookup'
  • Sub-Winow opens above Step 2 from which please select appropriate 'Drug Name'
  • Continue by entering: sig, quantity, days, refills and daw.
  • ONCE Reviewed enter assigned 'Prescriber PIN' and 'Submit' Rx Order

Prior to submitting the order it is possible to CREATE Favorite Script if this will be repeated with many patients by setting-up 'Fav Name' above the 'Sig'.
